As per the recently conducted studies on Indian real estate revealed that, India is the most lucrative place for the investors seeking investment in real estate sector. Going by statistic India is the largest democracy with commendable democratic governance and institutions. The price appreciation, growth in the economy at 8% avg. GDP, lifestyle trends, real estate boom and change in infrastructure are mainly driving the market dynamics of property investment India. Investing in residential property seems to be the most profitable business for the middle class and the yield is roughly 5-6% per annum. Can we hope real estate India as the most profitable destination in the near future!

Real estate can cost you money every month if the property is unoccupied. You still have to pay taxes, maintenance, utilities, insurance, and more, meaning that if you find yourself with a higher-than-usual vacancy rate due to factors beyond your control, you could actually have to come up with money each month and also real estate security does not provide a good protection against inflation.

In my view, in the case of housing you have two revenue streams -capital gains and rental earnings. So even if the property market is stagnant or goes bust, you can still get regular returns through rental income. Not only that, for the reasons of low interest rates, high tax exemption and dual income streams - more and more people are expected to purchase their own homes. There are many banks and financial institutions also providing loans with attractive rate of interest to the builders, and are also floating real estate funds. Driven by price corrections, softening of interest rates and improved liquidity, the real estate industry is on the path of recovery on the back of improved demand in the residential segment. Overall it will be profitable destination in future.

No we are not.. not right now. We are still in recovery stage and this time I do not think the same mistake will be repeated. Having tough time is one thing and going back to recession is totally different, we cannot mix them.
