Because institutions are coming every moment like mushrooms and so the pass outs. It was 1996 when few people from some institution at Gaziabad had come for direct admission to BBA and I was selected in a room of a hotel that was booked by them for 2 days.God knows howz that institution is doing now?

Getting a MBA degree is as easy as any work today. We have lakhs of MBA institutions where from thousands of MBAs pass out every year and do not perform well as managers. Its true a person cant be a manager all of a sudden.One must have the essential skills of a good manager. Ideally a manager must be a smart worker and a motivator too for getting the said job completed faster than others using his skill, experience,attitude and aptitude.

Today its like every family has a member who is an MBA. So i believe its not a prerequisite for a manager to be an MBA ,a good degree will do.However premium institutes are beyond doubt.

Lets not even get into MBA. Why do we need a degree? So that we can get good jobs ? MBA can teach us good business terminologies but have seen people with MBA and good position not knowing their basics
