Development of the country, Dr. Ashutosh, will automatically happen, as every one in this country striving for self-aggrandisement, which will in turn lead to country's development automatically. What we should see is the "means" of earning, which no one is interested to look into this aspect.

With the population explosion , we can not survive without financial security , which will come only when growth is there . But if the politics of the country does not allow it , what to do . I feel that we should focus on development ,it should not take back seat on account of scams etc , whihc needs probe but let it be parallel.
