It is possible practically if all of us take interest to obey it. Let us calculate or know how much carbon is produced by our modern life style and we have to take steps to counter the carbon produced on daily basis through the efforts to reduce the carbon produced, plantation or green activities, austerity and no harm to any body etc. etc. This is also the modern method of executing Karma Yaga of Gita that is zero attachment to yours daily works while you sincerely do your jobs.

Nothing is impossible, only we all have a strong will power. For this you have to start teaching, preaching the people the need and importance of controlling the global warming and the result of this global warming to the people, who are ignorant, and to those who are careless and knowingly spoiling the atmosphere. If all of us start their bit of job to control the global warming then definitely we can be able to control this menace which is essential for the survival of all the species of this great planet.

With Human Effort - Practically "NO" With Nature's Effort (God's way) - Practically "YES" That is what would happen eventually. We humans, politicians & countries, would be arguing and counter arguing various methods on how to reduce global warming. Various NGO's and a small group of dedicated individuals would put in genuine effort and do their bit to reduce global warming. These might produce nil or very negligible result and thus there might be no effective reduction in global warming. At this point, when the living things cannot take the heat, mother nature (God) would take over and there would be a natural disaster or a series of natural disasters in which large numbers of life would be destroyed. The destructions would be caused either by the oppressive heat or by all the weather changes that happen due to the global warming. Once the population of living beings is reduced, the earth would slowly (Very Slowly, maybe it might take a few centuries or even a thousand years) limp back to normalcy. Thats what would happen because of our arrogance and selfishness.

Please read this story - it reflects the mindset of human beings. There was this king who was very upset that all his citizens were so selfish and dint care about the country. Upon the advice of a sage he announced to his subjects - "There are a lot or orphans in the state orphanage and they all need good food and nutrition. Hence, I ask all families to contribute 1 litre of milk on the new-moon night of each month. They have to pour this milk in the open tank that is made for this purpose." On the dark new-moon night, the head of each family formed a que to pour the milk in the tank. One by one they poured the milk into the storage tank and went back home to rest. The next day, the king called all his subjects and told them this - "Dear citizens. I thank all those who contributed milk yesterday. Unfortunately, there was only a few persons who gave real milk. The majority only poured water. They must have thought that no one would know that it was water that they are donating because of the darkness. Unfortunately, almost all thought like this. You all know what - this attitude has spoilt the even the little good milk that some persons poured. I am ashamed of you people." The entire population hung their head in shame. We humans typically behave like that only. That is why, we don't want to give up our luxuries in order to save the earth. Unfortunate, but true.

Before the entire humanity wakes up and does anything fruitful we would have crossed the critical line and it would not be possible to stop the destruction. Humans are selfish and want to have the "Pie" for themselves. They would never want to share this. Take the developed world for instance. They want the developing nations to stop cutting trees in the name of development. The fact that they had cut so many trees for their own development and for them to own fancy vehicles and for them to enjoy (so called) better lifestyle, is forgotten. Never for once they think that enough is enough. Let us stop all this bossism and economic slavery and share our wealth with the poor nations for the sake of the earth's good health. Let us stop production of our cars and trucks and A/c, etc. Let us stop manufacturing all those weapons. Let us stop war. Most of all - Let us do it together as equal partners.
