is it possible to make cheap houses in factories using new material which is mixture of steel and pvc etc.

Is it possible to make precast houses in factories using some innovative new material which can be mixture of steel and pvc,etc and which is light in weight and easy for installation on plots,etc. which is strong enough not to be burn easily by fire and not easily torn apart. Which is having all installations of sanitary like W.C.,Wash basin, bath tub, etc. made by same material and cast in factory along with the house itself. It is to be solar powered and self sufficient for all its energy requirements.

I think it is possible to make such cheap houses. Only requirement is for some Research and Development work in finding some new material which can have the required properties. Big companies can do research and come out with suitable problem solving material to start mass production of cheap and light weight houses which are easy for installation at site.
