I agree you sir, its us who can control the project accidents, but government should also reign up their bylaws for quality and safety . specially in projects like chimney, refinery, power plant and jetty because these are machineries and labor oriented jobs.

my company has completed near Nagpur chimney of similar size and highest in India without mishap so it is us who can control quality at project site government has not enough macinery to control.

Govt should enforce some strict laws and guidelines to perform standard quality levels. If not investment of lakhs of crores of rupees will go in water.
