In the corporate world, employer focused only on business, whosoever will bring it,either men or women.Infact women are getting preference. There is no concept of bread earner now a day, only "survival of fittest" follow.

These gender-based issues are doing rounds. Jobs are given to the talented, barring genders. Preference to men in jobs are given in case the nature of work demands "hard work", "heavy weight-lifting", "coolies", "scavanging", "driving", in the entertainment industry as "light boys", Service Industry - "glass boy", "masalchi", "waiters", "stewards", "bill clerks", etc. Equal job opportunities are followed in every skill-based jobs!
