Any job which is desired by you is easy to you..But if you expect one platform and they give you another platform and forcebly (as I am a fresher) if they make me to do that work.....There is nothing much hell in this world..

any field we hav interest in could be easy for us to work, rather we tend to be towards the trend ,so ther is a huge rush even witout interst people attracted towards it, may be the kind of work done is repititive so the persons r get used to

u r absolutely correct sir IT is the only g8 industry to work with lots of creativity we have to do with lots of effort & we also have to update our selves regularly 

 

& "Mr Dilipkumar.J" is nice opinion but in actual its totally wrong

well at present i m also a student , paid servant , teacher & also running my own small scale IT firm

u r absolutely correct "Harjaspal Singh Janeja" IT is that type of industry where u have to reinvented your self also & our Technology also & "Mr. Vasem want" if we don't have any single skills or knowledge & we have to servive in every industry for long time this is the best debate ever

Yes it is. IT is perhaps the only industry where you cannot stagnate even if you want to. The industry is continuously is a state of flux. So you have to keep reinventing yourself, adapting and evolving if u want to keep the job. You get paid to learn. It is a perpetual scholarship of sorts.

yes if you have right mix of skills and knowledge you can not easily work but can grow in IT MNC. what make life difficult is that when there is gap between industry requirements and academic inputs in technical courses in India, this is the main reason why the people are feeling pressure in these IT companies.

as student i think its somewat we can get the job in IT industry..but its TO DIFFICULT to sustain a job in IT industry for that we must update ourselves and keep to do the SMART works

No it is not so easy to work in IT industry, knowledge is obviously requires but also need the proper logic to implement, and I thinks all persons donot carry such things.

Nothing is easy if you are not good at it. Nothing is difficult if you are good at it. If you have talent you will survive. Look arounf there are so many companies and there are so many employees. Not all are good at their work and only the good ones reach to the top. So if you know that you are born to do that work do it or else always figure out what are you better at and follow that. Initially evrything is difficult but in the end only interest will keep you going strong.
