This is a critical issues, here at Kolkata.That new organizations are not coming up despite having all the facilities.The kolkata IT Sector,Sector V was suppose to come up with flying colors long time back before any other metro cities in India.

Here at Bengal, we have lot of talents and due to the lack of oppurtunities, brillient Bengali youth are going to other places after taking lot of pains. No other options.

Pls vote for this and pls contribute atleast 1% of ur important time schedule to join the debate, so that all jobseekers are getting the right jobs (including HR department)

Its high time, we need to move out and say that yes what Bengal thinks today, rest of the world thinks it after 25 yrs.We the people of Bengal creates histories and never destroys it.

Pls contribute 1% as we must prove that "Don't say what teh country is doing for you, say what you have done for the country"

2. Pls join this debate, as we all are aware that, we have so many talents at Bengal.

The debate is about the good environment in and around Kolkata for job seekers and not about the accountability of WB govt. No where, neither in Banglor, Mumbai or Delhi the state government generated any opportunity to job seekers. It's by virtue of suitability of venue for business organisations have come up there. The exception is Hitech city of Hyderabad where the environment and super structure was created by the then govt but not the jobs. So it's not only the govt of WB but the business community and the people of WB are equally responsible for present scenerio of unavailability of ample jobs in and around Kolkata.

If for education most of students resident of w.b choosing other states than kolkata then its not considered to be a hot destination for job seekers than business purpose.

I agree wit Mr. Bhattacharyya there are many political issues in kolkota and students come to other cities like chenna, bangalore, delhi, etc for their job.... so the government should make the place better for the jobseekers, to get job in their own place...

The main obstacle is political parties of West Bengal to allow the IT industries to grow.West Bengal based IT professionals are moving to outside for being established there.
