Action is more important and this will drive towards goal and success. Action shows the potential of a person. Action is always with knowledge combined with responsibility.

Position could be got by efficiency or inefficiency as this can be manipulated in the management. Position doesn't always mean the person is knowlegeable.

Yes, In my view real Leadership will come rather shown through his action and not the position. If one who is come to a position (by any means), it is not possible to him to go upper position or continueing in that position.

So a leader can lead the team with his action and his knowledge.

I would say its due to only position not action, certain times we will be persuaded to  enact as a leader, for the sake of the society, and also person who respets the position than process of an organisaion, example -politicians, we perform activies due to the responsibility assigned to an Individuals,,, THANKS
