I support but unless and until it is not addiction. Bcoz excess of everything is bad. Too much of tasty things is not good for health.

You can not replace your boss. But your boss can replace you any time. Changing job is only option instead your boss will replace you.

No its not the only option. Because now a days there is no shortage of talent. And if you wish to resign only to annoy your boss then thats a bad idea. Because hardly any boss cares for the one who is gone.

ALWAYS CRITICIZE POLICY OF THE MANAGEMENT AND NOT THE PERSON TRY TO ANALYSE IS THERE ANY DIFFERENCE OF OPINION BETWEEN YOUR BOSS AND YOU,SECONDLY WE ARE NOT COMFORTABLE WITH OUR PARENTS AND WE CALLED IT AS GENERATION GAP BUT WE DONT LEFT THEM OR WE DONT LEAVE OUR HOME SO FIRST TAKE STEPS TO ANALYSE THE THING AND THEN TAKE ACTION.

Leaving the job just because of annoying boss..!! i don't think it's right. It shows our discourage towards the job. It also label us faint-hearted. It is a fact that it's slightly difficult to handle that situation. But our commitment is towards the job, not towards the boss.

Narayan Murthy of INFOSYS once said:” Love Your Job But Never Fall In Love With Your Company, Because You Never Know When It Stops Loving You." There are various ways to scuttle the differences between you and your boss! You have to go an extra mile to understand the root cause, then its easy to iron out the differences.
