When the boss is annoying and makes us feel underdogs we somewhere feel like leaving the job.. The performance never impresses him and he is too hard to handel then the only thing coming to our mind is will leave as soon as I get a better or equally good job and start searching for one!

Is it the only thing we can do.. if not then what are the other options?

I don't see another way out either of us has to leave and if he does not go we have to . Such situations increase stress and pressure . It is better to be out then to suffer.

See! if your boss does'nt like you and he also owns the business, then probably he wo'nt keep you on the payroll for long. If he is also in the company hierarchy at some level and superior to you, remember, that he is also being watched. Your performance or under performance is affecting his profile too. There is a need for both to see the reason and possibly a man to man (no gender bias)talk could help. There is an element of interpersonal relation also here. The two reasons why he may not be liking you are (i) either your work is shoddy and he does not approve that, or (ii) you have stepped on his toe in a forum where it matters. If you leave for the reason being debated, you will always remain a quitter. Warm regards

I support but unless and until it is not addiction. Bcoz excess of everything is bad. Too much of tasty things is not good for health.

You can not replace your boss. But your boss can replace you any time. Changing job is only option instead your boss will replace you.

If you want to  teach a lesson to your Boss, then this is the right move, but

before leaving your job you should have offer of another job.

I support your views, ALEX.

No its not the only option. Because now a days there is no shortage of talent. And if you wish to resign only to annoy your boss then thats a bad idea. Because hardly any boss cares for the one who is gone.

dear look if the boss is not impress with ur performace while giving the best that means his expectations are more ...... or there is a problem with ur boss and boss will not be able to solve he needs help on his choice but due to his ego he don't wants to tell any body and doing what only finding the mistakes in employees work the only way to ask that say i need ur guidence in my work and slowly ask that u r looking tens any problem boss .he will reply u no or yes some thime he will say mind ur own business but finally u can guess and he will tell u bout his problem at that time u should do ur best to solve both problems in same time and u will find that situation is under control

You could always see if there are internal transfers possible. However, if that doesnt work, you will need to take an objective decision for the betterment of your career.

ALWAYS CRITICIZE POLICY OF THE MANAGEMENT AND NOT THE PERSON TRY TO ANALYSE IS THERE ANY DIFFERENCE OF OPINION BETWEEN YOUR BOSS AND YOU,SECONDLY WE ARE NOT COMFORTABLE WITH OUR PARENTS AND WE CALLED IT AS GENERATION GAP BUT WE DONT LEFT THEM OR WE DONT LEAVE OUR HOME SO FIRST TAKE STEPS TO ANALYSE THE THING AND THEN TAKE ACTION.

Leaving the job just because of annoying boss..!! i don't think it's right. It shows our discourage towards the job. It also label us faint-hearted. It is a fact that it's slightly difficult to handle that situation. But our commitment is towards the job, not towards the boss.

Narayan Murthy of INFOSYS once said:” Love Your Job But Never Fall In Love With Your Company, Because You Never Know When It Stops Loving You." There are various ways to scuttle the differences between you and your boss! You have to go an extra mile to understand the root cause, then its easy to iron out the differences.
