yes not only telecom, every where its tough for freshers, but dont understand why donot recruiters understand that no one is born experienced...experience comes with years and if given a chance to fresher then only he/ she can get experience.

m totly agree with u bt i think sme freshers hving good RFRNCE. in this field..thn its nt hard for atlst entry level job in telecom field.so m 92% with YES & 8% with NO.

truely life suck when you are a fresher and struggling to get in telecom sectors.A major cause may be the due to recession guys form it sector are also trying to get in telecom sector.
