Is Lifebuoy's Swine flu Ad. is Ethical?

I strongly believe that the claim of 'Lifebuoy' that using their soap would prevent infection of Swine flu is grossly misleading, 

Many spurious nose-mask manufacturers, from across the globe, have already made billions of Dollars out of this swine flu fear psychosis.

And now the manufacturers of 'the personal body care products' have joined the band wagon, to mint billions, it appears.

Even if one bathes for Hundred times in a day, Swine flu virus being air-born will anyway enter the body through one's nostrils.

Given this fact, any manufacturer claiming that their personal body care products can & will prevent swine flu or any other 'air-born' disease is preposterous and they should be prosecuted for 'Unethical Trade Communications'.
