Is media restraint Justified!!

In the recent Aarushi Talwar murder case, the father of the victim Mr. Rajesh talwar has appealed to supreme court on Framing guidelines and reporting on sensitive issues for the media which sort of sensationalised it for a week or two about the murder case, and in this  sort of situation, What do you think should media be restrained?? what are your views on this.....

Yes media restriction is justified totally, just look at the recent Mumbai terror attack that happened and how the media covered it completely helping the terrorist to counter attack the rescue operations, even though the media was not allowed during a operation at Nariman house, but then one channel showed it completely with live pictures this helped terrorists and they killed the hostages and commandos which dearly cost their lives , thanks to the extensive media coverage.... which destroyed the operation carried out by the Commandos.

Yes media restraint is justified according me because the murder case or for anyother matter they are sensationalising the news and yes there should be guidelines that media should follow, and at times they show these baseless and nonsense news that gets to the nerves of viewers, they think people are fools and they will show anything for that matter and escape without no consequences, According to me there should be media restraint and it is totally justified.......

According to me no Media restraint is not justified, it's just that mr.talwar is angry about media covering the whole issue without knowing a thing, this happened because the police did not handle the issue very well, they should have done thorough investigation before distributing pics of Mr.talwar, and the media which showed Mr.Talwar as the killer father, where he did not have nothing to do with and to me media should be alert on these issues, just the clear case of police misleading the media without proper evidence......and just for this one reason media should not be restrained by showing what is happening.........
