Majority of the regional newspapers, TV channels are funded by politicians! How can you expect media ethics? Prominent channels, just for their existence and survival, are also forced to favour a particular political party on some consideration. Prominent journalists are given accommodation, party tickets, National awards, including, "Padma Shri" etc. Most of the time, they get the "King Makers" status!
