Yes .. the self-styled Moral Police/s have shown their ugly teeth in India many a times and in many states. They have mis-lead the people ignoring the reach culture of diversity of this old civilisation. India was not built in a day and so many people from so many countries/ nations had contributed for centuries for her achieving fame and glory. Moral Police ignore these only to destroy India's nature of plurality. But they have their own vested interests as mostly they are led by some political groups or some religious bodies. They dont like free thinking, progressive attitude, free exchange of views and culture. Even they do not like equality of men and women. As a result, their mischevious deeds hampers the growrth of progress of this country. To-day's youth may quite ignore their views and march ahead to lead India to become a Super Power in all respects in days to come.

i think are being raised in two enviornments which are totally different from /in fact opposite to each other and carry different idealogy.one is the parental, society and societal forces that want them to stick to the root culture meanwhile the other envt consists of friends ,world web n networking sites which is quite west influenced and promote liberal or say open them to different value system.instead of bridging this gap these exteremist group.(there way of protest make them one),are making them(in fact us) lean more towards the later kind of idealogy.so,adopting such practices of moral policing will only worsen the situation further .

Definitely Mr.Vineet.These so-called moral policies are only a deterrent in country's progress, neither it will help the youth nor it will help the country in any way.And the people who create or advocate such policies are sole losers and they don't have any work to do,they either want to come in the spotlight or they want to stop others to move forward. So i strongly believe that people who are doing such things should be teached a lesson and all these useless moral policies should be abolished for good.

even i agree with Arul and vineet here that this moral policing is a bad remark on the country's image, its like women are feeling no more safe anymore and every time they should think like how they should dress, this sort of insecurity has been created in recent times, and the way the Mangalore pub incident unfolded where girls were thrashed like anything, but no action was taken against them, and this so called groups who are into moral policing are taking law into their hands and if government can't take action i guess people should thrash these people out of the society...

India has several religions and India belongs to all its citizens and we have to live in peace.A civilized behavior from its citizens is the basis of any society and it leads to progress. If Indians want to achieve that goal, they have to behave properly and respect also the ideals of a secular India. Today the elements belonging to the opposite antisocial ideals are trying to split the Indian society. We have to stand against these antisocial elements and continue to work for a civilized India.Otherwise India is going to be the land of the barbarians!

Yes before there were no cases of moral policing but all of a sudden
the moral policing is taking center stage and this is not good for the
country's image... and this moral policing is happening, just because
they don't want to evolve with the time, and youths who have nothing to
do better are joining such groups and creating havoc unnecessarily for others....this moral policing should be stoppped and necessary actions should be taken against them.

I do not agree with this. What Youth is doing. Why they are getting exploited. Our Youth is only heading for money minded career and has no concern for the things around him, do not feel social responsibility.........in such case his exploitation is easy....and some people can take advantage of them. I strongly believe that being exploited or not is in our hand.....we simply can not blame others.
