Yes, Because some of the work are not completed by the machinery for that man workfoce and manhours is requierd

Its better to use advanced technology to complete the project in time because if a pressure for the project completion increases , over time increases will increase which will result in an increase in cost.

Also Joy has given a valuable input that by completing the project early, the company can benefit by early toll collection.....

yes one should go for advanced techniques like following PMP and Agile as this will help in better way of completion of the project and the productivity also increases.. so yes one should apply advanced techniques than going for more overheads.

using prefab structures and advanced technology in construction like hydraulic rigs etc willcertainly prove costly but will result in early completion of jobs . implementation of this has proved to be sucessful in BOT projects where companies can benefiet by early toll collection etc.
