Is PAN card Ethical or Draconian anarchy?

Is PAN card Ethical way of collecting Taxex? This question is easily answered when one elicit Corporate Governance issues which is not the responsibility of the Manufacturing sector of the Economy but everywhere including the Government sector. Is the Government responsible to its citizen? Are they accountable to the citizen? Are they transparent or is transparency in solving problems through scalable means the bread and butter culture of our nation and politics? The answer to all this remain a big No. If it was otherwise we could have had Compete Markets, good value for our currency, full employment in the accountable manner nor majority existing doing odd jobs, welfare environment where people can work without tardy outcomes, annual employment generation for all the new graduates coming out of campuses, rational choices for youngsters so that they can make their civilized life possible in the country alone instead of depending on other nation to meet their ends, good transportation, health care and education which the citizen can make available through ‘public consumption’ basis, well formed manufacturing sector who can implement without risk scientific management processes which are transparent and homogeneous, manufacturing so doing can improve on their investment goals, profitable environment for everyone to do business without resorting to non-transparent means to create processes to generate profits, good manpower development infrastructure so that manufacturers can fund research and development to further their transparent existence without undue dependence on foreigners for product ideas, efficient economic infrastructure and so on goes the lists which are left unaccounted for in their responsibilities by governments of the past and present. All these issues along with many others shows as a nations government the ‘corporate governance’ issues are flouted and the life of citizen turn our to be a travesty and governance on them ‘Anarchical’. It is for stable and efficient administration and for taking care of a citizen he pays tax as gratitude for all the facilities and good the government provides for him for that financial year. If the citizen has to run from pillar to post in non democratic fashion and pay excessive ‘rent’ for every favour received then taxes are draconian per se. Moreover no country has PAN card system in the world, meaning other countries meaning our country is administered anarchically and this system cannot be replicated globally without resistance from citizen there. Taxes are something citizen pay as ‘gratis ’ not something that is forcefully taken from him which is Anarchy per se.
