Being money minded is one thing and then being ambitious and motivated is other. I feel that Indian professionals are instead, driven by competition and are constantly hungry to break from the stereotype work. While we are learning our job, as soon as we master it, we get drained and start looking forward to shoulder more responsibilities. Self satisfaction is much more important!!!!!!

Is it all about switching job for sake of money or people stick with career growth and development in the same company. I think growth is more much important then money because its help u to become an expertise and go to depth in a particular company!!!!!!!! Its drives ur behavior and its leads to result your effectiveness and efficiency is up to the mark!!!!!!
