Everyone knows that the top most hot business in all over cities is road side food shops.The only reason is cheap  & nothing else.Even India is growing top in many fields & leading competitor to many countries.But in hygienic field ,India is in still somewhat downstage.Why?.Because people is not aware of personnel hygiene & they are not ready to take care about that.Just imagine ,what are the sources of contaminating foods in road side shops?.First thing, the dusts which is coming from the vehicle ,air,water.Even they are washing the used dishes in same bucket of water which is previously washed.Then the oil which they are using is reused oils which is affecting total health systems.Because of this there is a lot of diseases are affecting humans.What is the remedy?.The person has to selfrealise & the health dept. has to take necessary action to eradicate  this road side foods.

An interesting topic yet very huge to sum up so simply. Allow me put a simple question?

If, five star and roadside dhaba, source their material from same sources.

The dhaba's poor sanitation is visible while in other case hidden behind dazzle of glittering facade, it is not easy to differentiate.

Because in such comparatives the higher turnover may be on road.

And seriously speaking it is yet another subject as many others suffering at hands of indifference.

i think road side food is much more better than food avilable in resturant .as they r the the daily merchant with respect to resursnt people they are having more sanitation also becusethey use not the same utensils for a long period of time they use biodegradable packaging material   so they are more sanitised than others
