It has been in some cases that few girls and their family members do misuse the blessed section 498(A) of CRPC.People marry after so many pledge and commitment to each other but they fail to compromise and adjust with their spouse. The problem area reaches to its peak when it comes on to EGO where from no one is ready to pull on the relationship which exists even after the death.Girl's parents also spend so much these on their beloved daughter on studies etc but imagine how painful it becomes when it comes on to torture by the boy side.Getting a divorce may be very easy when its mutual but either of the side becomes so adamant that they never bother to compromise further.Its true that when two people quarrel they will never speak good of each other and reach to the point of no return.
