Every individual is eager to taste success of his life

Companies have given jobs for painters to Paint "NO VACANCY BOARD"

i accept this problem because being a fresher i am facing such situation along with many friends....but still there are many ways like public sector by which we can move forward

Who says there are no jobs for youngsters? Plenty of jobs for the right candidate. If you know how to get past the gatekeeper, are not too adamant about what jobs you will NOT do there is a job waiting for you.

Learn to work with efficacy and don't worry too much about being laid off. All companies want to retain their best talent.

 

Remember, when the going gets tough...the tough get going.

Yes, amruta is right. Opportunities is nowhere less. The only things necessary is right attitude and readiness to work under all the circumstances.

At the present time, start-ups are providing many opportunities of new jobs to people but they are hesitating to take those opportunities.

Companies are taking over advantage by throwing out ppl and mount pressure on a single person

This help them to suck the blood of other three in form of profit

There is a saying ' take what you get and wait for what you want.' However,I am not sure if you can do this in India.

Success is only possible, if you have worked towards it. 

Engineers however, must adopt enough competencies to meet requirements for other career opportunities. People look for multi-skilled person who can fit in every environment in their industry. So one must specialized before hunting for a job.

Every cloud has a silver lining! Nobody knows, how much business/jobs India is going to get for engineers, and may be they'll earn thrice than a BPO employee!!

Oppurtunities are something which never comes your way You need to find & catch the big oppurtunities around. I think there is lot of requirments exist & coming up in India . Dont ever think engineer can do only what he study ? He can find a lot of interesting jobs  around .

True Success has to be Passion driven, with a heart On-Fire.
It is driven by a hunger that cannot be stopped.
It is driven by a focus that is unrelenting.
It is driven by actions that will not be contained.
And it is driven by a Force that knows no failure.
In other words the attitude and determination to succeed matters
Not everyone is a genius but that does not mean an average graduate or an average engineer cannot find a job or achieve success!!

Completely in tune with the argument! I believe in the saying and its also a very neat song...by Billy Ocean!! :)

The vacancies are there but only if you are ok to do what is available. Today the trend is definitely on retention rather than laying off!! Success is possible but you need to just adjust a little!! :)
