In business clients are more important than employees. Because they give you business. So delighting them is important. It the team has unity then the output will satisfy the client....

Businesses are run to satisfy clients & teams are made to find the best possible ways in which clients can be satisfied. So in my views we can't really separate these two things.Team satisfaction leads to client satisfaction.

clients are the people who give business to us,so we will have business,later we can hire people and build teams, what if you do not have business and your team is satisfied, its for no use. though team problems are internal and can be fixed,so we should never allow these to impact on client/business. if we can consider client first then only we can deliver or keep them happy and can keep our business running. anyway we should give first priority to customer,client and business.
