Many a times,we find that the customer is cribbing for nothing.We definately want to help the customer and give the best of the services but what if the customer's demands are not genuine at all and he/she is not ready to understand your's percpective?

Just shut up and do,what the customer wants. Vs Make him realise that he's the king but can't take u 4 granted.

Majorly the customer is right, but if he has not right. Then a Senior Person from the Management need to Communicate to the Client in a Very Soft, Kind & Diplomatically Correct Fashion. So, that the client understands the Actual reason of In-difference & the company also retains the client.

Sometimes,the demands are so wierd that you can't just take it.We must listen to him,try to reslolve/help as much as we can,give some alternatives,can bend for him but do not let him break.

Don't let him take for granted as he/she might repeat the same and let other's do the same as well.

Stick to your own policies.
