Is the quality for sales inborn or accquired?

It is said that every person is born with the quality of salesmanship. Its down the line we get hurdles, we start doubting our ability and are conditioned to lower our potential. But are we really happy doin sales? Many CEO's i meet tells me "I was a salesperson" are they telling me the truth?

will i be the same after so much of hard work? At times i feel like quittin but im good at sales i know that......

Sales is something which we acquire and can't say it is inborn. Sales is nothing but a skill of conversing people. So you learn this only by interacting and knowing people of different tastes along your life........
