is there any need to change some points in indian constitution

There should be amendment in constitution for avoidnace of those people in politics which have an illegal background and in any case there is case againt that person in court or is running whether this is Lalu Or Modi. Also there should be criteria that the leaders should not be illetrate. There should be minimum eligiblity criteria of atleast graduation even in the politics so that young generation can join it and corruption can be reduced.

The constitution was drafted 60 years ago. Nearly 3 whole generations have come and gone. Many concepts have become outdated in it. It is time to assemble a constitutional assembly and take a hard look at many features. It has become a document in some cases to cause grief to people whom it is sworn to protect.

It is possible that the values that are enshrined in this good document have become outdated.

There must be a change for reservation of seats in education field , but it is a time taking process & never going to happen in present situation.

By the way it's a nice topic for debate.

There are many new updates are  required in our law as well as the world law. come out with your opinions in public and it will be materialized in due course.
