What many people don't understand about investing is that the best time to buy is whenever the market is low. Lets share our opinion on this topic.

I think this is the right time. Its value investing; when you pick stocks that you deem to be more valuable than they are actually priced. One great example is Wachovia stock; after reports of being bought out by Citibank, Wachovia’s stock dropped dramatically because people thought it would eventually drop to zero, but it didn’t. Anyone who decided to buy Wachovia stock in the previous week when it was dangerously low took a risk that paid off handsomely. Some may call this speculation. But any kind of investing can be under that category, you just have to assume that companies with a strong foundation would bounce back.

This is not the right time, given the present economic condition of the market is very volatile. It will be a great risk investing now.

This is the right time to invest as the market is going to stabilize by year end.

It is not a good time to invest in compnies in india. The growth shown by the industries are artificial and could not sustain in long run means in next 1-2 years. Market is totally driven by the FII's so for retail and medium investor the market is risk at this moment.
