No it is not difficult.But fresher must have practical knowledge about industry, market, competitor, skill, smartness, they will definitely get job.

No. A fresher must develop comunication and presentation skills to get a better job. People from rural areas are better advised to join some course to improve these skills and try for a job. Best of luck to all.

no....u find competition every where so it doesn't matter ur a fresher...u need to show ur capabilities only then u can survive in the market....so show the talent and grab the opportunity........
