Thanks Gargi 4 Invite Women have been alrady doing this balance for a long time now. Now its Man's turn to balance home and his job. Man should be helping his partner as well as woman should be supporting her partner to share the work between the two so that they both can prosper in job/business career and still growing the social status for the home. Basically it should be teamwork rather than an individual man or woman.

Certainly yes. If the husband and the other members of the family (children and in-laws) also help her, she will also be having a happy, peaceful and contended life and excel in both the domestic front as well as in her career.

It is a hard topic to debate on. But according to me, today's woman is much capable of handling her job as well as her home. There are numerous examples in the current corporate world where her job has not effected her personal life. They are the good managers when compared to men and no one can deny that.

It is painful to answer this arguments, how much far would u like to stretch women still? even if the answer is yes and surly it would be, but when would you begin to think, if women has proved herself to manage both the job and home to her best, what the hell men are meant for? come on dears, give them also a break!! u can not pull or stretch a string till it is teared apart? but comparatively, yes surely she would manage it better than men!! but as usual, today's women are much focused towards their career/future rather than traditional home and culture, it is again the circumstances and her situations around which are ruling her unfortunately. ultimately, it is a relative argument!!

Undoubtedly, today's woman can manage her job as well as her home but giving each thing its 100% is not possible.Woman is God's creation and is not God, so she cannot be great in both areas.Yes, they know how to manage but something somewhere will get sacrificed. We can manage jobs, but managing home means just taking care of it and making sure the basics are done. But home to be blessed one, needs love, devotion and sacrifice...Its much above than just managing.

"She" has the ability to balance her work life and the family life. I have not expected a question of this kind from a lady anyway. Lol. "She" is more strong than man at heart. If she could get the support of her spouse, it will be easy for her to balance these two extremes. That depends on her fate anyway.

Its much difficult to manage job as well as home. The reason is in job we have to face mental stress, pressure and so on... in home we hav to manage all the activities. So it will make womens to go next stage called mentelly stress able. So as of my knowledge its highly difficult to manage both.

It may be true, if corporate women are concerned. But in government organizations they are not concentrating much on office work.May be because of other constraints and responsibilities at home. Usually they attend the office very late and hardly they perform their job( Of course some exceptions are there)they wanted to go early with the plea of responsibilities as a mother and as a housewife.

NO ! Well Yes Well NO. the point is why do women ask these questions ? Have they a mindset that they are inferior ? Do they need external forces for motivation ? Look at the other side, Men have to look at their family, buddies , work buddies and then at work. << acc. to importance ;)
