Very first I must thank Makrand for once again a candid comment, I too like to follow your comments because they are very elaborate & more importantly original & the energy behind them is just superb. As far as toostep is concerned, it’s a medium. I think many of us perhaps are addicted to learn & to know more & to do more & this is a very healthy addiction if not affecting your other priorities. Yes, I found myself as a person addicted to this learning habits & curiosity to know more & these make me habitual of surfing regularly as one of my daily activity & toostep is an important part of this surfing habit. I find that some of people have very fine tuned insights regarding various subjects, some are very qualified & hails from ace institutes from our country & even foreign; some are holding responsibilities of very creative & challenging jobs others have very elaborate thought process etc. What makes it more interesting for me is that, perhaps, I found myself being a typical member of this platform; being in retail interacting with experts in topics like Marketing, Branding or Retail itself; I found very knowledgeable. Again it helps in exploring me with participating in, at present, non related topics to me like HR or Automobiles or IT etc. Ideating over & debating in Social/Political issues helps me grow as a person & citizen & communicating with different persons helps me understand people. I also surf regularly with other such well versed sites & don't see any harm in that In the end, thanks again all of you for being part of such a wonderful platform with me.

I agree with Devi's views..
For me it's not an addiction but it's utilizing time to achieve self perfection.. that's Personal development..!!
But I'll surely say - It's a platform that no other site has...! Blending towards perfection, showing expertise, earning expert levels, is quite fun and act as an Insider...!!

I also wouldn't say it is an addiction, but in a way it is ... an addiction for perfection, excellence and find beauty and success ... a passion to excel, to grow in career by getting acknowledged/endorsed by others equally ... less or more competent and learn, share and find beautty in Creativity and Creative efforts And SUCCESS for me is as follows: "To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people And the affection of childlike people; to earn the appreciation of honest Critics and endure the betrayal of false friends, professional colleagues, co-workers; to appreciate beauty, To find the best in others; to leave the world a little better; whether By a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is the meaning of success and and LIFE." -Ralph Waldo Emerson

It may be an addiction....but addiction for good is always better...for such a learning, sharing of views, information about happenings... I decided not to read a news paper...because there is a TOOSTEP...all the time members posting there views on news...even on daily news...which is much better than... My friends list contain...some of the real thinkers sharing there revolutionary opinions....so this adiction is good... I don't know how much I am contributing...but yes learnt that how I can better contribute to society and my great nation... I wish this ball should keep rolling

I have been on Toostep for approximately one (1) year now and found the site to be interesting initially. However, while I was an active member for about six (6) continuous months, I would not say it was an addiction. For the past few months, I have lost focus and sign in only when there is nothing else to do. My contributions have become minimal that even Makrand has forgotten about me. Just kidding guy. I wish all my old and new connections a healthy stay at Toostep. Keep the ball rolling.
