I dont think at all that training is for experienced persons only.In our country there are many souls who did not get any opportunity to get experienced, but they have got highly god gifted talent. If one has got inner basic skill he can be trained easily. Also training to unexperienced will be a better investment for the company,as they will need less salary than the experienced ones along with about double the out put what experienced persons can provide.Anyway it also depend on the type of training too. Example: there are many Commercial Plant Tissue culture laboratories who use village persons ,train them and produce plants with high output in minimum salary.

Training cannot be limited to the experienced or inexperienced. EVERYONE who is working needs training as it helps in overall development of self, mind and skill sets! Experienced people already have a headstart so training them is a lot easier as their grasp of the topic in training is faster. Inexperienced people need to sit in front of the training managers to understand where they need to hone themselves and get towards the desired goals!! No DIFFERENTIATION should be made when training people!
In the Armed forces, everybody follows a discipline. Experienced or not they have to undergo training to hone their skills of vision, target shooting mapping terrain, sky drops you name it!!

This one is a no brainer. A trainer must have thorough knowledge of the subject he / she wants to impart training on. A trainer must also have excellent communication skills and practical knowledge about methods and tools to be used in training to make a lasting improvement in the trainees, which is the main goal of any training.

Training is just not a piece of article. It is a complete experience. It just wouldn't mean technical, mechanical, industrial as such. It involves a jist of anthropology, sociology and more importantly psychology. In my view, any body conducting any programs need to be a sound human with a controlled mind and open brains first. He or she would have been welcomed for a program preferably. One should be able to quote how tacticallyy, logically, sensibly one has handled a situation or his stint in the field. A Versatile personality which can remain as an example or a role model in the lives of participants. And of course a simple network of intellectuals around or an association of fans around him or her anytime. Unfortunately, the young trainers, today are getting attracted to this profession with the sight of overnight fan following. Training needs a learning time of atleast a degree's time of study for a person to start up with and continues to improve his skillset. (Journey to the road of excellence has no end) (Use no way as your way, Have no limitation as your limitation) (A candle should light another)

bachha bachpan mein guruship shuru karega to jernab there will be total chaos.
who can be a good trainer : a man who has actually struggled in life , has seen life , , knows value of a rupee , has seen death knows the value of life and a human . has actually achieved something in life then and then only he can guide .
mind it brothers & sisters training a kid and teaching can never be a profession it should come from inside .
moreover for a seeker i should say that when he/she is ready the master appears.

This is true to a good extent... It is a human tendency to listen to a person, in this case a trainer, who talks with a great deal of knowledge and experience, in a given topic... to some extent, the age of the trainer also makes a difference... What matters a great deal to anyone attending a training program, is lots of real-life examples that a trainer is able to bring to the class... A person who is in the training field MAY BE able to bring this with relatively greater ease than a fresher, given his / her sheer exposure and experience...
However, if the fresher is able to bring in lots of data, examples and is able to share a great deal of value-add, believe me, she / he can have the audience spell bound... Needless to say, if this fresher is trained and seen as trained by an experienced and credible trainer, the acceptance is that much more faster...
To draw a parallel - Many of us are disciples of spiritual / religious gurus, even if they much younger... How and why is that? They are either from institutions that have established their credibility, have been mentored and trained by another credible individual or they have worked for many years to build their own credibility and hence stand tall today... given this, I would like to re-iterate, the fresher has to prove his / her credibility / mettle if they want people to accept them as trainers, irrespective of where they come from...
Ultimately though, learning comes to us from every where... if we are willing to learn, then, WHAT is said matters and not WHO says it...

i do agree with srishty on this that training domain is there only for experienced guys, but freshers with new and innovative ideas they do not get chance to implement them at all, so first the perception should change that youngsters and freshers can do the job for them, freshers bring more fresh ideas for the routine thing that is happening.......
