Is wasting too much of money in IPL adds a wise decision?

The event wil have a huge audience and thus it will be helpful for the smaler breands as well. It is wise to send some money sbecause it will give returns for sure.

yes, it is a wasting of money as well as time of indians, a country where we are struggling many issues related to poverty,health,sanitation etc such a huge amount is served just to provide joy . SUCH HUGE AMOUNT IS TO B USED FOR JAPAN VICTIMS

It is a wise decision, in order to maintain cash flow. This is one occasion when the corporates, media and the likes pump in more money in the system by way of sponsors, ad, contests, gifts, etc. in order to generate even more money. There will be the movement of goods and services. Money begets money!

yes Puravi you are to the point. See I have witnessed a product became a brand through Cricket in Middle east. the Brand is Killer Jeans. Yes it is wise to use money judiciously on television advertising is helpful for any company. For wider reach one should look for TRP ratings of each channel or otherwise Doordarshan is the best alternative, provided the matches will be telecast from DD.

Thsnks Purvi. It is not wasting money so to say. because it is an opportunity for those who missed out at the time of ICC World Cup. Moreover its reach (IPL's) is going to be equal to the WC. The returns are sure to come in the form of new businesses. So it is rather wise to spend money.
