There r many tota ratant who get good marks , but fear when they r exposed to practical thing , its companies choice , if they think only those who have got good marks can do technical job , we r also knowing what such companies do , mostly they outsource complex technical tasks from those small companies who r filled with these ppl with academic backlogs

As per company policies, backlogs may make you ineligible to apply for the job. However, there are many success stories of drop-outs who made it big, though in their own way and in their own company (Microsoft founder - Bill Gates was a drop out from Harvard).... Thanks for the referral, Raji.....

Once a person has some years of experience it does not matter what educational background he/she belongs to. Winners are treated as winners anyway

Well I dont agree with, that few academic backlogs make a person inelligible to any techies job. Nowadays IT companies are recruiting proffesionals who dont have an IT related background in their academics, but still they get, depending on their marks and performance in the recruitment procedure So that means marks or good academics are just key to enter a tech company nowadays, they check for talent and capability in the cadidate for undertaking their training and projects in future. There are many students ,who due to wrong decision and judgement, choice a wrong career path and land up into backlogs, that doesnt mean that they have zero capability/talent. Every recruiting company should have different recruitment procedure for these candidates to evaluate their skills and capabilities, without depending on their career records, which may be bad. We know some successful industrialists who were unable to gain degrees, medals and honours in their academics due to some hard reasons(maybe, thats not my concern), but they were famous and successful in their lives, then why cant these people achieve the same who have backlogs?? Why they should be treated in wrong way that they cant progress in life?? Companies dont know who can be useful to them, so they should give chance to all for once atleast on a trial basis. ITS ALL IN MY OPINION

It depends on company to company. Some companies prefer experience over academic. In that case you should have good experience in your domain. You can get good job on the basis of your experience only.

A poor academic record is defined as multiple courses completed with course ... Students are INELIGIBLE if they have completed a certificate or degree
