I feel same scale of pay for the Same Posts must be applicable in the same manner in Private Service as in  Government Service.  If it is not happening there is a big big problem. As the Government give unestimated hike to Govt. Servants but the same is not true for those who are doing Pvt. Service.  Things should be in line and parallel when comes to Govt/Pvt. Service.  There should be some guidlines for both to follow.

Yes bcoz we Indian want to see and do things practically and internet inspite of its global reach do not impress on this front. Moreover it is not felt reliable by many people.
