I think we should know about leader's capabilities, his contribution for the society and Qualifications first. We cant just vote for any candidate without knowing his intent!

It indeed does. IT has to be a person of high charachter and moral ground, he should practice what he preaches, he should be able to mentor and motivate, he should be able to bring his employees out of gloom when the chips are down and above all he should be knowledgeable.

It really matters who the leader is...coz leadership is an art, a leader always know who is good for wat...ya we can say a leader must not be extremely good at his work area, but he should be extremely good at leading his followers...

It matters because if the leader is inefficient the compnay may loose and if more efficient then it may do better. But investers do not want to see anything unstable.

It matters. India's history shows people like the the leaders who do the utmost sacrifice in there life. Like. Mahatma Gandhi, Dr. Br Ambedkar. People those who give there every thing to the people without asking any thing from them for them selves and for there family are the good leaders. That;s why it matters a lot specially in our country or rather any where in the world.

Always no...it matters a lot who the leader is, ..and qualifications is a prerequisite. A good leader should have an exemplary character and should be trustworthy... A good leader should also be enthusiastic about his works and goals .

Had it not been Anna Hazare, people from all walks of life would not have come on streets to raise their voice. Leaders matter, as we have not learn to lead ourselves. This was the folly created 3 centuries ago, initially by Mohuls, Babar, Humayun, Akbar, ..., then passed on to the Britishers, now our political leaders following the divide and rule principle what Britishers had taught us to rule this country!
