HR is playing the major role in building brand of the company.In this changed senario HR policies help the employees to stay in organisation.Monetary benefits matters but flexibility in work place also matters alot.We know fastest way of communication is grapevine method, if a employee speaks good about organization in social groups i think that is the fastest way of building the brand and employee will speak good only when he is satisfied with the HR policies of the company

Its a collective work, no single segment of the organisation can claim tall achievements of the organisations. Every wing has its role in the growth of organisation. Finance has a big role even. HR has the proximity advantage so the glare.
