Up skill yourself in JAVA or .net, which is very hot and join in a company, though it is small. along with that enhance yourself in SDLC process. Then you can easily enter into any MNC. Within a year decide if you want to be a developer or deployment person and if you choose developer, then decide you want to become application developer or system developers. Accordingly shape up yourself from 2nd year onwards.
