Ladies and Gentlemen of Acharya,

Let us understand the world and reality.Only IT sector assures  Jobs even before you complete your education and pays the highest  even at the entry level. in a country where millions are jobless and millions are under emplioyed.Earning money is not so easy.Any employer would like to extract the maximum work in return for the compensation paid.please visualise a situation when one of your friends resigns the job from an IT Company and seeks a job in Non IT organisation.Calculate the difference in earnings. Then you will understand the value of money.

I think you are right. Because they are over worked and exploited lots. And they do not have a platform to fight for their rights.

employees working in IT sector were treating worse. They were given over work load and they were not shown any respect.their jobs were insecure so some of the employees were tolerating those issues for their job secure sake.

Dear Vasant,

It really is an individual's perspective of how much pressure can be handled by self.  If routine job without pressure is preferred, why not opt for jobs that offer such options?  However, if you work in IT, there is constant pressure to complete jobs on time as the world abides by timeliness...

Can you let me know which employer would want to take all the pressure from employees onto himself and let the employee enjoy a huge pay package, enjoy his time at office, complete projects at will without meeting deadlines, etc?  This is no longer applicable to even the Non-IT sectors....

u r absolutely correct Mr S.baalu Ji only those people will think that we are slaves in IT industry those who does not want to do work hard b'coz real IT is not generate in INDIA it's only come from US & UK

we are already so much backward in IT industry so then also any one think that we are treated as a slave then they need to go to do rest from for whole time

IT has given life for each one of us and we can't say we are slaves to them. We serve them and getting paid more than needed. If they are treating as slaves, why should everyone die to enter/work in IT.

Slaves? How do you say that? Can you give some examples?

Pressure is the part of the job.
