Mam, All the It companies are same. No one does anything different (applies to scams as well) :) What different do we expect them to do? Do we expect them to be ethically correct? No. no one will be. Do we want them to respect their employees?? ( Ask infosians about this one, they will be delighted to speak their heart out) Do we expect better job environment.. ( perhaps there is too much of work to do that no one notices the environment / expect for the ones on bench ) Expecting anything from the company is useless.. If you get something good, accept it as bonus .. ( more or less true for the infosians ) All the infosians who survive the initia traning ( post recession ) think themselves lucky just to have a job.. There is othing different nor there will be..

I have not heard anything remarkably achieved by Infosys. Except a few scams & other odd things.

Everything is fair to opt / get for more & more profits & it is a profit making organization & not a NGO, so I want to support Infosys in spite of rumors about them.

There are too many stories coming out on Infosys these days. It was a street favourite and it is today I believe. But something is going wrong within. People are committing suicide succumbing internal pressures. Till date I am of the opinion that Infosys is different from all other odds. Is the charisma of Narayanamurty is fading away? If it is so, it is one among many nothing special about!!!

All IT companies are alike.All are directed towards serving their own interests by any means.Yes, for the time being Infosys has been pin-pointed so it has to cut a sorry figure for a few days...who remembers such trivial issues, everything gets going in days.No matter how wrong they are, they are still the street favorites.

It has really invested in human resources which is a vital factor in an industry charachterized by high labour turnover. Infosys has made their employees feel proud of working in their organisation by imparting a sense of belonging.

Yes, Infosys is one of the best IT company of India. One thing which they have done gud is that there campus hiring .criteria is impresive and very good which ensures that only best candidates can get placements. They are doing excellent work in expanding Indian IT industry in whole world especially U.S dominated Europe.
