yes one should go for the educated one, if not what he will understand what it needs to be done to bring progress for the country and what he will understand international politics for that matter, actually there should be a rule made like they should not give tickets to contest for polls at all to such people, they are just here to make money and nothing else. So person going for polls must be educated person.
