Yes it would be able to do that it has already started its work in terms of training its staff, I accept that there is a 15-17% dip but on the contrary there has also baan an increase of 53% share of construction.

JCB has been there when no other company has thought of as a resultant any backhoe in India is easy identified as JCB machine, Through major expansions and introduction of new product range it JCb has tried to improve this situation to complete South Asia level, but in doing so it has also experienced a major shift in its work culture which is a lesson for other industries planning same lines of JCB, where as India is an emerging market & has a capability to support any industry in case of crises as we have already experienced earlier. So JCB is now in transition stage and is sail through calculate risk and will emerge out as winner very shortly

yes sonali ur right...india need to export to other countries to increase the automobile exports, n its also survive small scale vendors, employment, & constr. company gets new tech test to rebuild the india.

I agree with Sonali The coming of companies like JCB will improve the country's economy as well as employment condition. More companies will consider the JCB's move to india and will definitely proceed. And more over small scale industries will also gain some business.

yes Sonali what ever u said is right. The invasion of new companies like JCB will improve the contrie economy as well as  employmet. More companies will concider the JCB's move to india and will deffenitly proceed. And more over small scale industries will aslo gain some business.
