Yes because its like when something good happens in life we say it was our fortune and meant to be good for us, but when we are in bad phase this statement motivates us to move ahead rather then cribbing for what we dont get.

I m toatlly agree with Sameer sir, as there are only two sides of result. Positive and Negative . Positive is for your hard work , while negative is to teach you to work hard. As failure is the key to success. "" Jo hota hai acche ke liye hota hai " & "aur wahi hota hai jo manzure khuda hota hai "

I am Optimistic. Why are you every time stating that think Positive? This statement is not testable hypotheses. there is no one definition of ‘good’. If one is bent on seeing the positive side of things, eventually he/she will succeed in doing so. Especially when there is no benchmark of what is ‘good’ and how much good it is; and in theory there is infinite time for this ‘good’ to happen. No set expectations, no lower bounds, and ever changing circumstances with a flexible definition of ‘good’. How convenient! And given enough time, nothing is impossible. Literally. there are so many things which are ‘good’ for a set of people and not so for others. But even if we take them out, there are still things which are bad for the vast majority – fires, earthquakes, tsunamis, economic downturns, various kinds of accidents. there could be people who benefit from certain calamities – remember the safety vault manufacturers flourishing during the economic downturn? Whatever happens does not necessarily happen for good – not for everyone’s benefit in any case. Discarding it is not pessimism, but plainly being realistic.

When things are happening, it does seem like the end of the world sometimes but then don't we have another morning to wait for? Another day to correct mistakes, a chance to do the right thing, an opportunity to recreate, love, forgive... There are times when circumstances bring us to the lowest, but those are the times when we have the maximum power to bounce back higher... "When you have nothing, you have everything to accomplish." :)

You are thinking so negative.Death is the ultimate truth and whatever we get is based on our past actions.Just think about the circumstances and then give your judgment.Nothing can be 100% or perfect. That is why terrorism, crimes are there,if positives are there then negatives. But it doesn't mean that we should only look for the negatives. There may be a possibility that victim had commit ed something in past that was too bad for someone.

yes, there is no definition of what good means and how much it's scope is.It actually varies from person to person. Thus as i earlier stated death of your close hearted may be a relief for others. So it's good for them.(Think about the thieves, hooligans). You have listed fires, earthquakes, tsunamis, economic downturns, various kinds of accidents but these are also the result of what human has done to the nature. Results are always according to your past actions. So just think this way and please don't take it personal.Be cool

I will say no because in my opinion every time it really doesn't mean. What will you say to a family which recently lost thier one of family members to a road accident, terrorist attacks. What will you say when you will know that may be one of your neighbour is the victime of rape. Then you will dare to say so "jo hota hai ache ke liye hota hai." I will strongly say no because may be after so many years it will reaized by someone that which happend was right but till then the pain, the grief, the feelings of failureness it was unforgetable.
