Just an addition to the above point when people are offered odd shifts they are paid higher than people who do the same job for regular shifts why?, the answer to this question is only because of money so the biggest motivator here is moeny.

Ohh I think my friend is strongly for money but there are 60% of the population who leave the job because they do not like the profile. So many can never be the motivator for them.

So here on the other hand you are talking only about certain group of specific people and that too happen when they have acquired some experience not at the initial level.

What ever may be the job money is the only motivator for all of them. taking the example of BPO sector here you can see even 12th pass students having good communication skills can take the job. Do you think they do it for job enrichment I do not think so here the only motivator is money.

How convenient it is to blame the government.. There are flaws in government and then there were always flaws there.. now we can see them clearly because many people are coming up and giving voice to the wrong practices..
