Yes there seems to be a huge opening in the job market. But for freshers it is quit less compared to experienced candidates. But soon will increase........

Yes the economy is gorwing, so naturally more jobs will be created. It is no surprise.

I am in agreement with Alex on the subject. The job market is opening up with all most 250000 jobs up for grab.

Yes the new entrant will find it little difficult never the less they also have equal opportunity to grab their job.

We are the second in growing economy so it is natural and during comoing year as per the expart there will be almost half a million jobs will be ther to grab.

The trend seems to be indicating that. I dont think it is time to make a categoric statement yet. 

Compared to pre-2008 conditions, this is barely positive. We can only hope it sustains.

Job market is open but .I t is difficult to get a  job for fresher because in India Unemployement position is increses day by day. So I think that it is not more opportunity for everyone

Yes the job market is open now but still its not that great when compared to the market we had before recession.Fresher find it tough to get a job now and even though market is open the pay is not that great

Yes it is. The global recession phase is over now & its quite clear from the rise which company's are offering. Infact the size of Times of India Ascent is increasing as well!!!. So yes or no?

its opening up only for the top colleges but scenario in tier II colleges is not that great...maybe because of the presence of too many colleges and too many mba graduates.....

i do believe that job situation has improved, but it is restricted to a few sectors. the situation in other industries is quite pathetic with low pay scales as well as continued oppressions.there are large workforces with limited pay, where output is not in accordance to needs
