I will go with job. Before going to be a manager one must have to be worker. Unless one knows his work thoroughly he can not be successful manager. Because as beginner there is every possibility of making a mistake, thats what one can afford as worker(in job) but not as manager. Besides understanding the work itself one need to understand the fellow workers, stakeholders around, working environment etc for having 360 degree view of the bussiness. Things often looks easy and simple but in practicality it other way round. To become enterpreneur a sense of professionalism, punctuality......should be there and all these attribute won't come unless you through it. Even the best student can not understand and predict a working culture, its pressure though books, they need to do it practically. After gaining all these relevant skills and experience he can began his enterpreneurship successfully.

"Its better to be safe than sorry!"... Jobs willlhelp you gain access to experience and experience will help you gain the necessary knowledge and skill set that you need to be an entrepreneur. Just because you have the qualification and the money to begin a start up does not mean you have the ingredients and you can cook a gourmet!! See this is very similar to what I had tried to do with a debate on Qualification v/s Talent!! I agree with Sudeep. Thanks for the referral :)

Normally we choose a job after education for experience and to lead a stable life. The parents also influence much to go for a job which is considered fairly risk free. The entrepreneurship is extremely challenging and struggling at the initial stage especially in our country. Those having sound family back ground in business, they can only sail smoothly. A creative man can do any thing at any cross section of life though initially he prefers for a job. The people who feel relaxed after getting the job and feels settled in life only looses in entrepreneurship.

It is advisable to take up a job and take the experience before making the transition of running one's own business. While the relationship between job experience and business experience is purely unrelated as business experience involves taking all the risks upon oneself. With the job, one can build capital, pay off debts and secure money to plough into the business.

Yes ... certainly entrepreneurs are wanted most ... either in business, managerial jobs or in social services. Entrepreneurship is the special skill that makes the difference while most are seen to be "copy_paste" makers.

Entrepreneurship choice depend on how endowed one is after education with money and technology. If one has both then I think this is the best direction one can take. Otherwise one has to build both to become one.

According to me entrepreneurs is needed in the market, as there is new age of business is starting. Today there are ample opportunities as well as finances available to start and run an enterprise but what lacks is the self confidence of youth on themselves. They are still very possessive about money and avoid risk and high profit and they choose safe job. By this mentality they get into rat race and they ruin their life and they destroy country's future.
Come on youth we are the future of India. Lets take a pledge that we will take initiative to make our country how we have thought and how we like it to be for us and our children to live in a country like India.
