RECESSION

i agree that many org's have faced financial crunch due to global recession but its also true that major org's have taken the disadvantage to cut down on their costs by retrenching high paid employees just on the name of recession --- i feel that org's should start to get genuine and declare truly reg their recruitment plans rather then cribbing over the word RECESSION - this way both the employer and employee will be in benefit as companies are loosing on quality people as they are highly paid and running for less paid staff who does not fulfill in terms of professionalism and quality and timely achievements (its always wise to pay for 1 good quality apple rather then spending for 2 rotten apple at the same costs of 1 good apple)
