The laws whatever you people are talking is all the brainchild of the Banking Cartel, look at crimes committed, all are directly or indirectly associated with the "MONETARY SYSTEM";just have a glimpse of the "Prison business" across the world and especially the US.It is huge, all are corrupt even the judicial system, can't rely on anyone... It is disgusting and I do not have any faith in the institution called "The judiciary"...

Are Indian Laws which were framed (copied from UK) at the time of Independence (alomost 60 Yrs back) for a much smaller Population relevant today?? The Population has grown steeply, Economy has grown Steeply, Sources of Income for Economy have Changed drastically. Are the Laws (and even constitution) still relevant today??

I agree with Mr Sharma about judicial posts being filled up, and new posts being created. I also think that the Courts should not have so many holidays. Just look at the Supreme Court calendar. It's so sad:http://supremecourtofindia.nic.in/calendars/cal.htm With so many holidays, how will the SC inspire other courts to work more and clear the pending cases? I also think that the eCourts egovernance project of this government should be expedited to improve the state of affairs.

Sure judiciary in India needs to be revised. But when one looks into recent history of India, we can always see that one or the other systems try to outsmart the other. We have seen honest judges, Chief Election Officers etc.But when one tries to do his duty honestly the other try to pin him down or create hurdles. This always happens between judiciary, buerocarcy, politics etc. so all systems have to be revised . And we as citizens have the major part. But we always shy away till it is too late

Our laws are adequate but implementation and execution is poor. Fast justice and punishment shall be implemented to improve the system.
