Multi crore scan tainted Koda will be punished or not depends on his political connections. In most of such large scams politicians from all parties and officials will gang together to scuttle the investigation. It will start and go on for decades and now we have new techniques of amending constitution to protect the corrupt, to make all files vanish in thin air, all witnesses will turn hostile and withdraw their evidence recorded.

There is little possibility of Koda getting punished. All evidence will vanish and all parties will gang together to bring in a constitution amendment to protect ex-CMs whose policies cannot be opened for investigation etc. Soon we will hear it is conspiracy of powers across the borders etc. - what happened to spectrum scam? When the actions of previous government was questioned by the present government - all debate died down on it. Clearly proving all are at it.
