Laboratory Tests for Geogrid materials (used in RE wall constructions) is necessary for Indian condition tests

Not necessary. The tests are conducted in laboratory controlled conditions and will be done in the same manner in India also. The pull out test, which gives the real (in-field) strength and efficiency of geogrids, is already done either at site or by simulating actual site conditions. The durability test is already harsh enough but takes a lot of time. Even then if there is any doubt that the geogrids will be stronger or weaker in Indian conditions then the creep value can be assumed accordingly hence altering the residual strength.

At the same time I will like to add that the tests in Indian conditions may not be necessary but genuine testing facilities in India is today's necessity.
