Law of the land and the Indian Judiciary

Till now almost on daily bassis, we are comming accross news articles regarding, versions and counter versions, of people, including the press statements of Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India, also of Judges of other Highcourts, on the subject matter i;e if the judges of higher judiciary should declare their assets and if voluntarily or any law necessary for the same, or, other hand to formulate a law in closing the path for the said disclosure. Also dilema subsists, even if the disclosure made, if, can the information so disclosed by the judge, be accessable for knowledge to people under the R.T.I Act ? Under the aforesaid circumstances, the learned members and the general users of this site have their right to place their own stand and versions on the subject. The more the subject matter is discussed in public forums, there will be more pressure on the morales of the law makers of the country, to come to a reasonable conclusion to either accept or not to accept the mean result.
